VP, Business Development

Position Summary.
This role identifies strategic opportunities for evaluation, and presentation to implementation by building relationships from contact to contract. Coordinate and complete business analysis on multi-faceted development projects. Bring creative solutions to assignments, new business issues and engagements.
This individual works on multiple opportunities of varying scope, scale and complexity. Some project targets are narrowly defined business problems, while other projects address much larger strategic needs which require creation of presentations, white papers, or intellectual capital. The role is solely compensated on project closures, implementations and retention.
Qualification Profile
Relationship builders who can easily identify project targets, evaluators in significant areas of opportunity and an ability to effectively communicate across the C-Suite. Brookestone’s sweet spot is the $40M – $150M space, however we’ve engaged entrepreneurships <$15M and maintain multi-year relationships with $12B global organizations. Advanced education and experience presenting intangible solutions preferred. Preferred industry verticals: FMCG/CPG, Building Products, Automotive OEM/Tiers, Manufacturing/Distribution. Functional expertise preferred: Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance.
