The successful CEO will have documented expertise with a tune-up, turn around, unlocked potential, and created strong growth and lead a business above expectations. A plan to carve-out the business unit of a larger corporation that your currently lead and have developed an investment thesis to complete the transaction is expected. A strategy to consolidate smaller companies into a leveraged platform that can then grow into a segment-leading enterprise will be considered as well. In-depth knowledge of the target industry is expected for the investment audience.
The Executive Compensation package, performance incentive and equity participation are commensurate with the size and scope of the project with significant equity payout at the time of a successful ownership transition.
